Much-loved TV chef Antonio Carluccio is a firm believer in ‘minimal fuss, maximum flavour’ when it comes to his native Italian cuisine.

In keeping with this philosophy, the new menu at Carluccio’s serves up a fresh range of 78 deliciously simple dishes, prepared with passion.

Rolled out across Carluccio’s restaurants in the Middle East, including DXB’s very own outlet in A-Gates (Terminal 3), the re-fresh even extends to new cutlery and crockery.

Just like the previous menu, you’ll find plenty of appealing appetisers, such as roasted pumpkin with burrata. Having tried it ourselves, we can vouch for the winning combination of sweet roasted vegetables topped with creamy, dreamy cheese.

Another perfect pairing of veg and dairy can be found in the form of sweet peppadew peppers stuffed with ricotta.

The quintessential Italian dishes – pizza and pasta – are well represented with a choice of 21 new creations, such as this scrumptious pulled lamb pizza.

Seafood lovers will feel shipshape after sampling this fish-tastic risotto with mussels, prawns and calamari.

Make sure you save some room for one of the yummy desserts, like this naughty Nutella cheesecake.

Or for something with a cinematic twist, try the chocolate brownie with berry coulis and homemade caramel popcorn.
