Today on International Burger Day we’re celebrating this beefy beauty from DXB’s new Arabic-American fusion diner, Tranzeet.
Made up of 100% Australian Wagyu beef, melted cheese, juicy tomato, crunchy lettuce, gherkins and onions – all enveloped by a soft potato bun – it’s a burger fit for royalty.
Sous chef Joven Cruz says the secret to a great tasting patty is quality meat and simple seasoning. “We only add salt and pepper to the patty so you get the full taste of the premium wagyu beef. We don’t mask the taste with spices or additives.”
The flavour of the dish is taken into the stratosphere thanks to Tranzeet’s house ketchup made from tomato, tabasco, parsley, onion and garlic. Our tip: order a double patty, cooked medium-rare, for the ultimate juicy burger.
