Abdullah Lutfi, the Emirati artist behind several pieces at DXB, picked up a bronze medal at the Special Olympics World Games in Abu Dhabi.
The multi-talented 25-year-old was on the podium for third place in the Bowling Doubles event.
Abdullah is a student at Mawaheb, an art studio for people of determination, located in the beautiful Al Fahidi Historical Neighbourhood in Dubai.
Abdullah’s most prominent piece at DXB is a huge cartoon-style drawing of life at DXB, displayed on the wall of the corridor between Concourses B and C.
Another Mawaheb student participating at the Special Olympics is 22-year-old Vincent Bauer, who is competing in the Golf event, which runs until March 20.
Congratulations to Abdullah and good luck to Vincent!
